Hiya and thanks for taking the time to visit our site. I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures of some of our gang members out having fun with their friends. It couldn’t be simpler to use our services, just drop us an email or give us a call to discuss your requirements, we will then make an appointment to visit you at your home to fill in a registration form and meet you and your pets. Once you have registered with us you can use any of the services we offer as and when required, that could be everyday or even once a year. We are just a call, text or email away!!!
Just Walking The Dogs has now been operating in the Livingston, West Lothian since June 2005, hard to believe as it seems like only yesterday I started it up. Our services include Dog Behaviour Training on a 1 to 1 basis, Dog Walking (individual and groups),and Home Visits (this service is for all pets). As you can see from some of the pictures through the site and the comments from some of my clients, the dogs absolutely love the group walking. It’s also proved beneficial to the owners and their pets by helping to build confidence in their dogs. There is no better way for a dog to learn something new than by letting other dogs show them. I’ve lost count of the number of dogs who didn’t like a paddle in the river or wouldn’t get in the car for example, it normally takes a couple of days to see that changing. As I have continually studied dog psychology and dog behaviour I love putting what I’ve learned into practice and I’m amazed on a daily basis by something new. I offer free advice with any training needs clients may have.
As usual we are big supporters of the work carried out by the Dog's Trust in West Calder and after our parachute jump to help them raise funds we are deciding what to do next to raise some more money. I'll be updating this page with the details when it's all arranged. If your interested in getting involved you can visit www.dogtrust.org.uk to find out other fundraising ways you to help them keep up their good and important work!. I'm also collecting recycled stamps to assist with the PDSA's appeal to raise money for operating equipment, they can be sent direct to the PDSA at PDSA Stamp Appeal, PO Box 9191, Wishaw,Lanarkshire, ML2 0YB. Thanks to everybody who has helped with this so far. Anyway I hope you enjoy browsing through the rest of the site and please visit us again soon as it is updated at regular intervals.
Bye for now. Kirsty
